President's Message

Welcome to the home page of the Rolls-Royce Owners’ Club.  This site tells a very interesting story about two of the best known automotive  marques in the world – Rolls-Royce and Bentley.  The Rolls-Royce Owners’ Club (RROC) is an organization dedicated to the enjoyment and preservation of Rolls-Royce and Bentley automobiles.  When the Club was established in 1951, membership was limited exclusively to owners of these fine automobiles. Today, RROC is open to anyone who has a passion for and a deep interest in these fabulous cars.

Whether you own one or several, or have always dreamed of owning a Rolls or Bentley, we welcome you to our Club.  Our membership today is more than 6000 strong and reflects a wide range of enthusiasts from all over the world.  The RROC has members from Canada to Brazil and England to Japan.  We not only enjoy the cars and the history behind them, but the challenge of preserving, maintaining and driving them as well.  We also enjoy the company of our many fellow members who share our passion for automobiles and driving.

In May of 2016, the RROC celebrated its 65th Anniversary.  This makes the RROC the oldest organization dedicated to Rolls-Royce and Bentley automobiles.  During our Annual Meet last year in Ashville, our members celebrated the anniversary gave thanks to the original group of men that came together in Pennsylvania to form our Club.  Fortunately for us, one of those gentlemen, Peter Schavney, is still an active member of the Club!  As President of the RROC and on behalf of the worldwide membership I would like to thank Peter Schavney and his other founding members; Sam Shoup, Charles Bradshaw, John McFarlane, Fred Roe, and John Schaler for having the foresight to form this marvelous organization.  Without our passionate members this Club could not have reached the impressive milestone anniversary we celebrate this year.

For the 2017 RROC Annual Meet,, members will drive their Rolls-Royce or Bentley from all parts of the country to convene in French Lick, IN and enjoy a week of fellowship with their fellow members.  During the Meet, our members will have an opportunity to attend instructional seminars on all aspects of ownership, maintenance and care of Rolls-Royce and Bentleys as well as tour the countryside in their automobile or share a ride with a fellow member.  Whether a member owns a Silver Ghost produced in the early years of the 20th century or a brand new Bentley or Rolls-Royce with all the technology of the 21st century the appreciation for the automobile is the same.
If you would like to participate in the wonderful events, see the fantastic cars, and enjoy the company of great people, we invite you to join the Rolls-Royce Owners’ Club today.  Our events are only open to members, but our membership is open to all.  Please, sign up today!
Enjoy and Motor On!
